Schwerer, alkoholisch malziger Beginn, der dann doch weicher als gedacht ausfällt. Erstaunlich süffig, Bitterschokolade, dann spritig, viel Schokolade, langer Nachhall. Nett aber schwer. 12/10/11/11/9/11

33cl bottle. A black beer, no head. Aroma of smoked dark malt, chocolate, caramel. Taste of intense strong dark malt, roasted malt, coffee beans, wood, liqurice, strong malty finish.

Bottle. Cloudy dark brown, low head. Funky phenolic nose. medium light body, light cheese, phenols/glue, nuts, bread dough. Somewhat rough phenolic, wood, berries.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Opaque dark brown color with hardly any head. Aroma is phenolic, rum barrel, good honey, deep. Taste is sweet rum barrel, lots of phenols again, umami, some tannins. Too much phenols for me to be great.

Kaum Schaum, viel Kohlensäure. In der Nase hefig-fruchtig. Im Mund ausgewogene, zwetschgige Säure. Für mich eher ein leichtes Farmhouse als ein Weisses, mundet aber sehr gut.
