Bottled, thanks anstei! Mahogany colour, rich head. Distinct piney aroma. Dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Intense pine needle flavour, woody and bready underneath. Really bitter finish with some resin. Very bitter interesting.

Bottled, thanks anstei! Near black, no head, very low carbonation. Aroma of spruce, lemon and black currant. Tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy spruce. Black currant and lemon. Piney, shampoo like bitterness. Concentrated, peculiar and very interesting.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very herbs, juniper and stuff, Beifuß, light funk, earthy. Taste is the same, very heavy crazy herbs. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite crazy!

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Unclear very pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is peach, fresh funk, nice balance! Taste is funky, yoghurt. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very nice and clean, also subtle. Great!

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is coffee on a compost pile, fresh tangerine peel. Taste is fresh funk, nice coffee, balanced, fruits and chalk. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Very good coffee sour!

(Bottle, 0.33 l - 5.6% ABV - BB 04.10.2020, from Drinks of the World, Geneva, 20190927) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, green apples and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A confusing brew with some pleasant notes and some resembling brewing flaws.
