White to transparant head for some seconds; veiled golden beer. Bit ketonic, lactic acid, pineapplejuice, and floral, blossomy; green apple. Sour, again almost as acetone or woodstripper, green apples again and lactic acid. Yoghurt and buttermilk, wet dog. Sharp and light, little carbonation; long lasting acidity. Berliner Weisse on steroids. Still, I have to agree it fits to style characterwise. Txs to Joren for bringing!

hazy brown colour, minimal ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of balsamic acidy, moderate acetone, woody, wine cellary, vinous and some dried sour cherry notes; taste has the same notes with slight dark chocolate notes; good one

Appearance: Very dark malt, near black. Small, dark tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, strong peat. Nice and smoky. Taste: Dark malt, coffee. Quite a bit of smoke, peat. Very good for a 4.2% beer. Bought: Drinks of the World (Bern), 330 ml, CHF 6.40 Info: 1/3-2022, BB: 3/6-2022

A very refreshing and drinkable saison. Clean and fruity, wood and barrel notes. Not funky at all. Lovely.
