500ml brown bottle from the brewery that pours a deeper amber colour with golden highlights, a frothy light-beige head, good retention and full foamy lacing. Getting a little infections, sour notes, with the cereal-fruity maltiness. Nice, tiny bubble carbonation and active. The taste shows a little sour-infection as well, but the grain is dark enough to take over in the end. Some decent grassy hops lingers, but not overly dry - which is fine for the style. Even though a light sign of infection, still a drinkable regular amber lager.

Lightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy-creamyish white head, decent stay and some nice sticky-foamy lacing. Nicely dry-hopped with herbal-grassy aromas, mild funk and some citrus zest notes. A wet mouthfeel with some good drying finish. Good citrusy zestiness in the taste with a nice herbal end. A pretty good dry-hopped Pale Ale with some zesty-drying edge to it.

500ml bottle from the brewery, listed at 5.4% ABV now. Fairly clean, amber colour with a reddish hue, a warm, light-beige head, decent stay and wet lacing spots. Fresh strawberry aromas over the cereal-caramel malts and mild grassiness. The strawberries continue nicely in the taste, with the soft caramel malt base blending well. A touch of dryness from the hops in the finish. Quite a pleasant Strawberry Ale, which I would call a Strawberry Amber.

500ml brown bottle from the brewery on a trip in southern Ontario. Pours a bright, golden colour with a big frothy-creamyish white head, good retention, and foamy-creamy lacing left. The carbonation is very lively with tiny bubbles. Some mild fruitiness in the nose, with the funky sourness - almost strawberry-like. The fruity notes continue in the taste with some decent sourness, lingering a little, and drying up a bit with the hops. Not much of an IPA, but a real nice Dry-Hopped Sour with a touch of strawberries.

Bottle from the brewpub that kind of smells like hard boiled eggs at first - so not a nice start with this sulphur aromas. Citrusy, herbal hops in the background. Hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a white frothy head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Thankfully, the taste is much better with lots of juiciness, showing some nice citrus notes, a tad pineapples with a slow, light drying finish. Still getting this fart nose which is really ticking me off. Is it the water that has these minerals? I have 6 other beers in bottles to go through from this brewery, so time will tell.

O Canada 😔 Sorry to see our brothers to the north get eliminated so quick - you guys play some very attractive, fun football. No problem admitting you were the best in CONCACAF qualifying. Look forward to seeing where your program goes!

This wheat poured a deep amber colour with a creamy off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include blueberry jam, corn, ripe fruit and a little spice. First swig was a little thin with flavours of over ripe fruit, blueberries and a light hop bitterness. Finish is all blueberry and hops.

Heavy on the strawberry.

Nitro and milkshake IPA - excellent match. Smooth and just a bit of a tropical tangy finish.
Decent enough bitter. A bit hoppy at the end.
