A touch cloudy golden with a rocky white head. Candied citrus but light, fresh fruits, a bit herbal, som slight malt notes. It has a fruity profile overall with some light bitterness. Medium bodied. Finish has a short bitter bite. Has the start of something really nice but sorta falls off.

Tap at Brūstok 2026, with Gurthnar of course! Grand debut at the fest, hah. Hazy yellow-golden body, white head. Extreme yuzu aroma, pleasant. Yuzu, yuzu and more yuzu in the yuzuish taste, bit minerally and salty. So basically a yuzu gose, not the herbal Blaženec with yuzu. I guess. And thankfully. Gurthnar kinda hated it for its non-beeriness but what can I say, I'm a basic bitch sometimes when it comes to a simple clean pleasantly fruity sour that doesn't distract with cheese, that muddled Philly profile or various weird off-flavors.

Tap at Brustok 2026. Lots of yuzu here, a bit lacking anything else though. Too simple, watery, just plain yuzu. Not beery.

Tap at Automat Matuška JZP. Weird it's the only one new for me, but hey. Murky ochreish body, off-white head. Mediterranean herbs and pineapple in the aroma, quite salty. The taste is vaguely bready, soft, light, Mediterranean herbs, bit minerally, minty, with low fruitiness. Moreish and a great n/a!

Tap at 2K, thx Adam V! Hazy yellow-golden body, greenish even. Sulfury herbal aroma, light dank, grainy, lightly bready. Lean, dry, herbal, garlicky, bit sulfury taste, bordering on mild astringency in the finish without much bitterness... Some underlying fruitiness saves it slightly, but this is not great...

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Murky purple body, off-white creamy head. Oily, berry, sour aroma, not getting much rooibos. The oily aspects turns quickly into rooibos in the taste, lean light, berryish, smooth, weird but kinda works, if you accept that rooibos leans on olives...

Clear golden color, with white head. Aroma is grainy, some bread crust notes. Grainy taste, herbal notes, light, nice bitterness at the end. Medium carbonation. Nice and correct beer in its style.

Tap at Automat Matuška. Murky reddish copperish body, laaaasting thick off-white head. Caramel, dried fruit and some earthy notes in the aroma, bit of a sharp stone fruit character as well. Caramel and odd dried fruit in the taste, bit herbal, bit astringent too. Not the most drinkable of Matuška beers.

Tap at Automat Matuška, thx! Pitch black head, fairly lasting creamy off-white head. Apart from the expected light roasty and caramelly-bready malty notes in the aroma, there's a solid dose of floral hoppiness as well. The same continues into the quite dry taste, mainly floral hoppy notes on caramel and bread, with the roast showing up to back it. Can't say it thrilled me, but this style rarely does - it's a good one!
