330ml bottle @Bir&Fud (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino media. Al naso note di caffè, cioccolato fondente, leggera frutta rossa, liquirizia, botte. In bocca è equilibrata, attacco leggermente dolce con finale caffettoso, leggermente vinoso. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buonissima!

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La carbonazione è sono spinte da una risalita frizzante, allegra, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro, come il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e ananas.

Draft - Balsamic notes, light barrel and cherry. Dirty brown with a decent white head. Sour balsamic, Big acidic and a nd an long acidic berry Gary malt finish. Finish is much too balsamic to be balanced.

Draft at Acido Acida, in Ferrara, Italy. Pours hazy dark brown with no foam. Aroma is malty, caramel, coke-like. Body is average with practically no carbonation. Taste is intensely sour, acetic, matched with some initial sweetness. Finish is long and sour.

Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours brown with a minimal off-white head. Aroma is complex, vinous, red fruits, roasted notes, nocino, light vinegar, oak. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter end, light vinegar. Medium body, light carbonation. Interesting beer!
