Peak Organic Brewing Company was founded in Portland, Maine in 2005 by Jon Cadoux. We are a small brewing company dedicated to making delicious, creative, hand-crafted beer. The brewing team works with over 40 amazing farms all around the Northeast that are growing some truly flavorful hops, wheat and barley. The resulting Peak Organic beers embrace these pure, natural ingredients and offer a range of fresh, complex styles.

355ml can from Alko. Poured light orange in color, thick head. Mango, hop juicy aroma. Also some pineapple showing. Light bitterness. OK.

A light yellow nad murky beer, a head is medium a nd blond. Aroma has citrus, hint of pineapple, some grain. Taste has lemon, lime, some grain, also some bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice.

Pours gold with a white head. It smells of resinous hops with a little citrus. It tastes of earthy hops bitterness. Moderately bitter. Bready, grainy malt. Medium body. Fairly good.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma is mild, citrus, pine. Taste has citrus, grapefruit, some pine. Medium bodied. Easy. Drinkable.

Cloudy gold with a large foamy white head that left excellent lacing. Dry and musty with earthiness, an herbal note and a hint of hot pepper. Long finish. Medium body.

12oz can, from a mixed pack at a friend's place. Poured a golden yellow color with a medium off-white head. Aroma was citrus, pleasant hop. Nice and juicy. Pleasant grapefruit. Smooth. Highly drinkable IPA.

12oz can, from a mixed pack at a friend's place. Poured a very pale yellow color, hazy. Large white, foamy head. Aroma was big juicy notes, very light malts. Very hop forward, malt body is very light. Light cereal, with some light hop oil. Pleasant sessionable beer.

Backlog February 2017. Fine, clear amber body under a small, dense tan head. Aroma has caramel, toast and roasted malt. Nice, smooth malty taste, moderate roasted, caramel, toast and moderate bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. A decent, moderate alcoholic brown ale.
