Description
Snake Lake Brewing is the passion project of a rig hand, an instrumentation technician, and a mechanic. After paying our dues in the patch, we’re looking forward to having a new boss: you. We want to be your after-work beer, and your days-off drinks with friends. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve got.

355ml can. Named after a famous waterslide in Sylvan Lake. Pours a murky yellow-orange with tiny yeast particles in suspension and a small, creamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, grapefruit, orange peel, muddled tropical fruit and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange flesh, grapefruit rind and tropical fruit with a dry, bitter, piney hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

355ml can. Named after the honorary Commodore who was appointed each year to lead a series of events on the waters of Sylvan Lake dating back to 1915. Pours an opaque black with a thin, creamy, short lived, brown head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate and dark fruit with a dry, mild bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Another nascent brewing concern here in Alberta that is doing all the right things. Great to see.
