Bomber from Cap Tap. Pours rather gray, seem to be small charcoal particles in suspension. Odd (to me) slightly sourish smell. Med minus body. Flavor is slightly sourish, and apparently somewhat lavender. There’s a taste vaguely reminiscent of a charcoal tablet. Kind of weird, think lavender is the main flavor. Very dry finish. Interesting adventure in ciderdom.

Too much mint...
Also weird, but no weird after taste.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale pink-peach, small off-white head, dissipates quickly, nice enough lacing. Pretty enough color, but not not what is described in the description by a long shot. Aroma is prickly pears, apples, and some musty funk. Flavor is pretty dry, light tart, lightly funky, apples, prickly pear, again some mustiness. Light body, fairly high carbonation. Definitely unusual.

On tap at Zeitgeist. Hazy reddish/orange with a small head. Tart with green apples, basil and some lime. Refreshing and easy to drink. A tasty Cider.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tons of caramel apple, light acidity, light Brett, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a superb sweet fruity and apple pulp, maple notes, light acidity, lemon, very beautiful. Cask Days 2015.

On tap. Pours a hazy pale but bright yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a grassy and chemical note with some earthy apple underlying. Flavor has an odd grassy apple with a bit of musty and some candied apple.
