Bottle at Molly’s Reach, Gibsons
Almost transparent look. Not so dry as the name Brut would suggest, it’s indeed just a semi-sweet alco-pop, with very little artificial apple aroma and flavor, and very little interest.

Originally rated July 2007. Canadian dry cider, comes in a 6 pack, in green bottles. Pours a light pear-like colour with a fizzy head that disappears quite fast. The carbonation is pretty intense, with lots of small bubbles, looking like Champagne. The taste reminds me of the sparkling wine, in the aftertaste, after going through a wave of sweet apples juices. Not super dry as written on the bottle, but still more on that side than on the sugary/syrupy side. This, I always found like a well-blended granny smith cider.

341mL bottle, pours pale yellow. Aroma and flavour of sour apples with some sweetness. Won't be touching this again.

Very pale greenish-yellow...not at all like something made from apples...which doesn’t surprise me. Snappy apple aroma. Has a simplistic apple taste. The lightly alcoholic finish hints at dryness. Tolerable for a macro cider.

Bottle: Poured a light yellowish/beige color cider with a medium bubbly head with minimal retention. Aroma of dry apple with some limited sweetness. Taste has a bit of chemical like sweetness and a champagne feeling, which made this interesting and refreshing. Definitely lacking complexity but an interesting product nonetheless.

Bottled, thanks tiggmtl! Very pale yellow, fizzy appearance. Sweet with winegum like gren apple flavour. One-dimensional.
