Notre coopérative n’est pas une entreprise privée comme les autres, c’est une coopérative, et cela change tout ! Notre coopérative a été créée par et pour les producteurs-adhérents. Tout a commencé en 1953, quand 12 producteurs de pommes de la vallée de la Rance ont décidé de mettre en commun leurs moyens de production et de commercialisation. Partageant la même passion et la même exigence de qualité, ils ont lancé la coopérative « Les Celliers Associés », à Pleudihen-sur-Rance dans les Côtes d’Armor, sur un site de 5 hectares bordant la rivière de la Rance. Notre raison d’être : offrir un débouché aux producteurs-adhérents en transformant les pommes en cidre et jus de pomme, pour le plaisir de tous.

Uit de eerste Super U die we tegenkwamen enkele dagen terug. Lowbudget cider. En zo smaakt het ook. Appelig, wrang, zuur, inhoudsloos, zielloos restproduct. Erg matig als je je weg in ciderland kent. Desondanks is er veel slechters in de handel.

740 c&c from Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours slightly translucent gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is light apple skin and something brown/sweet. Med body. Mild carbonation. A bit sweet but dry enough. Flavor is apple skins, demerara sugar, and some minor things. A bit sweet to substitute for champagne, but good stuff.
