Light amber color. Light aroma, glue and apples, alcohol. Good body structure, sweet but not syrupy, balancing acidity, nice apple cider flavor without the usual sugary and caramelly depth of the best ones; some tannins and relatred astringency in the final.
Very good, not very complex.

Light golden. The aroma has a lot of apple, touch of cinnamon. On the palate, this is very sweet, touch of spice, and a little bit of apple. Nice acidity in the finish...sweet and fruity. I like this sense of balance.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden caramel colour. Aroma brings out toffee, caramel, and brown sugar... bit of caramel apple too. Flavour is very complex, with brown sugar, toffee, caramel apple and moderate sweetness (for an ice cider). Complex and impeccably balanced.
