355 ml. bottle split with kraddel & anderfernandez. Black, little mocha head. Nose is thin grainy, lightly roasted coffee. Taste is thin, powdery, overly herbal, ashy mocha, powdery, more herbs & light roast. Body is herbs, rather thin. Okay as a beer but rather week as an RIS.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is mixed tropical/grape/citrus. And pine over somewhat roasty malt. Med + body. Flavor starts very mixed fruit, lets some roasty malt come through and seems to settle on grape/citrus/grapefruit, and then starts all over again. This has to be one of the more complicated beers I’ve had lately. And it’s tasty too. Finishes almost dank and certainly bitter.

Bouteille 355ml.
