Poured from 473mL can (batch 2023 34). Clear reddish-pink with quickly dissapating white head. Dry apple with very feint blueberry. Not particularly interesting.

Purple colour. Nice blackberry aroma and flavour on this, lending a decent amount of sugar to it as well. There's a bit of underlying apple, and the elements seem to be reasonably balanced, if simple.

Pale. Light apple aroma, and flavour. The bourbon isn't particularly prominent here, just sort of random. Not well integrated. I'd almost rather it without the bourbon.

Poured from 500mL bottle at my 39th bday (purchased in Powell River). Clearish light amber with minimal white head. Quite plummy with a soft tart acidity, unique, interesting, has some complexity.

500ml (thx, Liam!) @ Ryan's on his 39th celebration.
Aroma: nice fermented stone fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, pretty dry, tastes like unripe apricots.
Overall: ok.

Bottle pour. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Lots of fermented plums and some acetic acid on the nose. Flavour has sour plums, plums skins, gentle acidity. Pretty interesting, I'm a fan.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear super pale blonde with very quickly dissipating white head. Light, pear skins, clean, but fairly mild. Okay.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma has a nice floral character, stewed apples, and light acidity. Flavour is moderately sweet, with stewed apples, moderate sweetness, and some toffee. Not a whole lot of sweetness for an ice cider, nor complexity. But it's clean and well-constructed. Pleasant.

Light gold colour. It’s got a soft apple character, some nice sugars. A bit of acidity in the finish. Not complex but good elements here.

375ml @ Ryan's shared with Brian and Phill (thx for bringing this ice cider from Travlr!). Appearance: clear pale golden. Aroma: some apples, pretty simple, pleasant enough. Taste: along the same lines, not sophisticated, quite boozy and sharp, pretty harsh and rough, with not much of the flavor. Overall: meh, unfortunately.
