Enjoyed on tap at the brand new Whitewall Brewing, Snohomish. Dark cola brown, tan soda foam head. Nice toasty malt aroma with quite a sturdy hop character for the style coming through as well. Love a well bittered stout, and this one definitely matches that. Toast, bold roast malt, hints of coffee. Bitter finish. Really solid stout that needs to extras.

Draft pour pint at Route 2 Taproom, Monroe. Clean copper appearance, rocky foam head and lacing. Aroma is neatly balanced with biscuit malts and piney hops. Flavor has a bit of a butter issue up front. Creamier body with some soft pine. Slight off flavor takes away from this for me a bit, but I've seen far worse efforts on a west coast IPA.

Draft pour pint at Tulalip Casino, and is my usual go to while here. Nice local craft option mixed on the menu with a bunch of junk, so it tastes even better. Clean golden appearance. Well balanced pale with grassy hops, and earthy grains. Moderate bitter. Flavorful finish. Solid pale that tastes like home grown ingredients.

Sent by my northwest polotmavy lookout andrewje41 many thanks dude. Dark clear amber pour one finger head. Nose is malt and some caramel. Tastes pretty malty, dried leaf litter, caramel, rootbeer and brown paper bag. Fairly dry and crisp. Quite nice.

On tap at McKay's, pours a cloudy dark red with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops and bready caramel. Flavour is very harshly bitter, with piney hops, harsh resinous bitterness, and bready malt. Very bitter but there's nothing wrong here. Decent.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Pale golden yellow pour, lemonade like, with a thin fizz head. Really strange hefe for me. Fruit heavy aroma, bordering tart. Lemon, grass, soft wheat. A bit watery, straw and grassy linger. Not really what I would expect from a hefe, but not bad as a beer in general. Unique for sure. Has a slight sweet side. Cool long lingering finish. A little weird.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Due to this Brut craze, I think I've ready officially tried more champagne style beers than I have tried champagnes. A lighter, clean, golden pour with tons of carb. Hop forward aroma, grassy. Dry as expected first taste, earthy grain, a bit of wood shaving reminder to the grain profile. Unique, and I could just be crazy. One of the better Bruts I've had so far, all things considered.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A dense chocolate brown pour, tan cream foam head. A good roast to this porter, and the coconut doesn't sweeten up or take away from this quality. Creamy chocolate flavor, a touch dry. Dusty cocoa long lingering finish. I actually could have used a touch more coconut here. Surprised to come to that conclusion. Maybe the bottom of the keg will represent the additive a bit more. Solid porter here overall.

Draft half pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A soft haze, golden orange pour, and I swear it has a strawberry tint to it. Aroma has a big fruitiness to it. Not an obvious strawberry if I was trying it blind, but I certainly believe it. A pretty refreshing beer here. Soft grain background. Softer than expected mixed berry addition. Pretty good overall.
