Description
Nokomis Craft Ales is a small-scale brewery located in the rural farming community of Nokomis, Saskatchewan. A culmination of vision, passion, hardscrabble determination, and generous support from the town, friends and family, we opened our doors in the summer of 2014. Initially a one-person operation in a garage sized facility, Nokomis Craft Ales has grown into a dedicated and talented team, following a number of piecemeal building expansions and equipment upgrades. Available throughout the province, our beer can be found on tap at a number of bars and restaurants, as well as on shelves in cans and bottles.

355ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy lace. Sweet fruity aroma of wheat malt, orange, peach, mango and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, tangerine, peach, passionfruit and light pine resin in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Thin, but clean, refreshing and crushable.

Pale, bright and gold with a mild bretty character. Light tartness on the palate, with subtle bugs. It's a decent brett saison.

Reddish-brown colour. Light acetic, balsamic aroma. Some cherry fruit notes on the plate. Tart, woody, with blueberry towards the finish. Not bad Flemish red.
