Corked bottle; 10.5% ABV
Yellow color, golden hue, with large bubbles, and small head. The aroma is very interesting; stewed apples, hazelnuts, wood, very light vanilla. Moderately sweet, moderately carbonated; it has a very nice flavor of apple juice, mature, mild apple strew feeling, and just the correct acidity; mild astringency in the final, apple skins.
Really nice.

Tasting at Alex’s. Pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste are sweet, fermented apples, pleasant. Very good one.

Bottle - Light funky apple and some peel notes. Clear sparkling gold. Bright and bubbly, funky and light sweetness with a dry and light acidic finish. Nice in the right situation, but not a regular drinker.

Bottle at Matt’s
Very pale yellow color, no head. Very nice aroma, it reminds me of moscato sparkling wine. Unfortunately it’s rather dry; it would perform better with some sweetness; the flavor is regular, a bit acidic, quite nice too.
Good cider.

A golden ice cider with aroma of sweet and sour apple pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, light woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple with light acidity, light mineral notes, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.

A golden ice cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, light alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, light honey, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.

Bottle - Light sweet apple, bit leafy. Clear pale gold. Sweet and tart very dry apple. Quite drinkable but I don’t get the hops. Light acidity in the finish.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out mostly dry apples, with some light floral hoppy notes. Flavour is mostly apples and medium sweet, with just a touch of floral hoppiness. Wouldn't have guessed this was hopped if it wasn't in the name. Pretty solid medium-dry cider.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of light sweet apple notes with very subtle dry hops notes. Balanced residual sugar but limited complexity makes this an average offering.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples and citrusy hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple pulp with light lemony notes, light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
