Poured from 473mL can (thanks Oakes). Hazed gold with small white head. Citrusy hops, biscuity malt, bland, a bit boring, meh.

Brown colour. It does have some of the classic black and tan character - nice roastiness, moderate bitterness, and some slightly fruity, livelier pale ale notes. For me, this is an effective example.

Darkish gold, maybe a bit dull, but no haze. Thin head. Buttery aroma, and buttery on the palate, too. Okay, this doesn't work. It's got a medium body, but there's nothing going on here other than the diacetyl.

Amber, slight haze, froths up. Aroma of woody hop, little bit of brett. Makes sense given the froth up. Less sense when you aren’t aware if Wolf even makes a brett beer. Ok, balanced epa with brett.

473 ml can. Pours a bright copper color with moderate head. Aromas of citrus, spicy resin, dull pine, and biscuity malts. Flavors of pine, bitter grapefruit and dry sharp toasted malts. Nothing incredible on the hop scale but a nice Pale Ale.

Pale and slightly hazy, medium head. Some diacetyl on that. It actually has a nice malt profile, moderate bitterness and good balance, but the underlying quality of the base beer makes the diacetyl stand out more. This should be more like a 3.7 - people who aren't sensitive to diacetyl got a way better beer than I did.

Pale gold, slight haze, thin head. Sort of appley and low on the hop character. Not a ton of malt. Definitely comes across much like your average blonde ale.

Poured on nitro. So has an amber-brown appearance with a nitro head. Creamy body, good size, quite sweet with vanilla and a bit of cherry. Not my ideal concept but execution is reasonable.

Gold, not much head, lots of noble hop, a fair bit of sweetness. Seems czech, some sulphur, malts are a bit sticky. Not 100% my pocket of pilsner but not bad.
