On tap at North Sound, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Nose and flavour are pretty restrained, with English floral hops and some biscuity malt to back. Not overly interesting, but competently brewed.

On tap at North Sound, pours an opaque deep dark reddish brown with a small white head. Nose brings out toasted malt and burnt notes. Flavour is similar and pretty robust for the style - toasted malt, some roast, some burnt notes, and dry cocoa. A little harsh but a nice refreshing change for the style. Decent.

On tap at North Sound, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Nose brings out bready malt and a light floral hop profile. Flavour is pretty restrained, with a good balance of bready malts and toasted caramel. Pretty pleasant balance but pretty uninteresting. Okay.

On tap at North Sound, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Nose and flavour are pretty bland, with just a little biscuity malt. Pretty pointless creation here. Bland and lifeless.

On tap at North Sound, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Nose is nearly non-existent, maybe some biscuity malt. Flavour is slightly more pronounced, with herbal notes and biscuity malt. Not very interesting at all and I'm not digging the herbal notes. Pretty pointless creation.

On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out lots of vanilla and chocolatey syrup. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of vanilla and chocolate syrup. Viscous and sweet, but not cloying. Very nice stuff.

Draft pour at the hop and hound. Listed as being bourbon barrel aged, though the description suprisingly doesn’t mention this. Pours a cloudy orange color with a lasting oily head. Aroma is soft bourbon and sweet malts. Love the amount of bourbon that comes through here. Flavor is there, but not overpowering. Mild malts and some tangerine like flavor. Creamy body. Has a little spice and cinnamon like flavor as well. Interesting stuff. Incredible beer here. Really enjoyed this one.

On tap at Trumpeter Public House, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very dry, full of biscuity malt and bone dry hops. Flavour is really dry, with notes of biscuity malt and uber dry hops, almost English tasting. Solid pale ale - nothing overly thrilling, but drinks well.

On tap at the Porterhouse, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some buttery notes in there as well. Flavour brings out smooth piney hops, some light butter, and just enough malt to back. Well-constructed, balanced IPA, with a creamy palate. Good stuff.
