@ CCB Cider & Mead. Couleur orangée virant sur un léger rosé. Arôme est léger offrant des effluves prenantes de baies rouges avec un léger bouquet astringent le tout est mis en balance par des effluves éparses de piments qui restant cependant assez modérées. Palais offre de suite une pointe de chaleur, le tout est assez persistant et est accompagné d’un léger côté fruité noir, petite astringence semble percer des cerises avec une pointe de cannelle. Correct mais j’attendais un peu plus de l’usage des piments surtout au niveau intensité.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Cigar City Cider and Mead Peaches and Cream Cider ].Clear light to medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, pear, peach, champagne brus. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Did like it a lot maybe mainly because it had same flavor as my favorit soad ice as kid .. Champagne Brus ;D [20150502]

Draught@CBC2015. Red colour with no head. Aroma is fruity, honeylike and some red berries as well as mild herbal notes. Flavour is honey, some red berries, a bit fruity and nectary notes with some slight resiny elements to it as well. Balanced.

Draught@CBC2015. Golden colour, no head. Looks quite flat as well, but isn’t. Aroma is black currant along with some sweet and green apples. Flavour is dark berries, some tart in a way and also has some mild green apples to it.
