Sampled on draft at 3R6P this cider poured a dark amber color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and sweet green apple. The flavor was very sour and tart green apple peel. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied but undercarbonated. Solid.

Brewvival 2015 Trip #73. Keg at Brewvival. Pours a clear copper with a thin fizzy off-white head. Tart cider aroma, dry and tannic. The taste is sweet apples, vanilla, mild dry finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.
