Part of a Nita IPA mixed pack. Light golden-yellow colour, fairly clean for now, with a huge white frothy-fluffy head, very long lasting and spreading some creamy-foamy lacing. Champagne yeast aromas with citrus notes. The taste is also on the mild side with citrus zest and a good dryness in the finish. A light haze appears as it pours, but not thick. A light, quite dry Brut IPA.

Part of the Nita IPA Mix Pack with 4 other breweries. Pours a clean golden colour with an amber hue. The head is frothy, slightly creamy, warm off-white with very nice retention and leaving creamy-foamy lacing patches. Sweet hop nose giving mango notes at first, then the tangerine notes come out to cut the sweetness, and balance some citrus zest. The taste gives out a little more citrus peel with the bitterness and finishing dryness. Hints of coconut in the background. Gets a little hazy at the last pour, but not really crazy. Because of it's bitterness, I consider this one more of a West Coast IPA, than a NEIPA.

Had this 2 years ago, and now - a can shows up, so going to rate it on here. Light clean amber colour with an off-white fizzy head that seems to have a little more retention and some decent lacing streaks are left. Aromas of mild ginger spices with some caramel and toasted malt base. The ginger shows up a little more in the taste and spices things up in the finish, lingering a tad. The malt is dismissed at this point, making this ginger beer a nice touch.

Can that pours a lightly hazy, light-peach colour with a big frothy-fizzy white-pinkish head, good retention and some foamy patches. Fruity nose with the mild cherries and sourness. Sour mouthfeel, fairly thin with just a touch of tart on the tongue. Flavours a light with the cherry notes. Good for the style, as less tart, but wish the fruit was more powerful - like a regular fruit beer.

Part of their 6-pack boxed mixed pack from The Beer Store. Slightly hazed amber colour with a creamy warm-beige colour with good retention and full creamy lacing. Sweet nose of chocolate and maple over the roasted malt base. The taste are not as rich but still shows the mailed barley with big amount of hop, creating a bitter-dry finish. Not a bad porter with more hops than usual.

Part of their 6-pack boxed mixed pack from The Beer Store. Pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights. The head is creamy, warm light-beige with good retention and beautiful creamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with a mild sweetness of chocolate and coffee latte. Malted barley taste with hints of licorice, and good hops creating a decent bitter finish. Not too dry, but gets dryer is it lingers. A very nice bitter Imperial stout.

Part of the Ontario Craft Brewers IPA mixed 6-pack. Pours a golden-amber colour, very slightly unfiltered with a warm, creamy, foamy big head that lasts a while and leaves creamy-bubbly lacing. Sweet malt nose with grassy hops. The hops gives a nice bitterness with the grassiness in the flavours, over mild cereal grains. A good dryness appears in the finish. Some decent orange zest. A nice old-school bitter IPA.

473 can that pours a hazy golden colour with a slight off-white, bubbly head, little under-average retention, leaving a ring of bubbles. Does not smell like an IPA. As a sparkling wine drinker, this really shows more of this, than an IPA. Hops are well-hidden. More malty and yeasty. Hints of fruits, mostly citrus in the background. The taste shows not much bitterness, and again, more of a wine base with some mild yeast. Even the carbonation is like a sparkling, with tiny bubbles. Easy drinking like the description says, sure, but dry crisp finish - not really. Still, an nice beer with higher alcohol.

Enjoyed at Pints & Quarts. Pours a clean golden colour with a white cap, good stay and decent creamy lacing. Malty nose, nothing more. The taste shows more character with a nice balance between the cereal malts, grainy notes and mild spicy hops. A slight dry mouthfeel. One of the very well-balanced Nita beers. Reminds me of Heritage Brewery grain and the Steam Whistle spiciness of hops. Would have again.
