Draught at Tap Shack Burrard Bridge, Vancouver
Cloudy, blond color; it’s yeasty, too sour, too bland hefe character, not enough passion fruit, and underattenuated.
Quite bad.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a clear dark brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out roasted malt, subdued hops and diacetyl. Flavour is loaded with butter, along with toasted malt and some bittering piney hops. Another butter bomb from the masters. Why bother?

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings very subdued earthy hops and some biscuity malt. Flavour is very subdued, with fresh bittering hops that don't have much character and crisp biscuity malt. Clean enough, but not overly pleasant. At least there's no diacetyl.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color. The aroma is mildly citrusy. The mouthfeel is weak and dry, there is no malt quality, and almost no hop quality.
Surprising for OTR, not flawed, but boring.
