10 oz draft pour at Odd Otter. Oily golden yellow pour, thin glass head. Lots of lemon flavor, with zero sour character to it whatsoever. More spice than anything else. Floral notes, gentle and flavorful finish. Spicy grains, and citrus fruit. Soft Belgian like notes throughout I'd say. Cant believe I would say this could use more lemon. Pretty good overall.

Dark brown. I didn’t pick up bacon so much as just a light smoke over a roasty Porter. Sweet dark malt, coffee, too. Medium bodied. While the bacon wasn’t detectable it’s still a very nice brew.

Draft pour at Odd Otter, Tacoma. Darkest of brown pour with almost no head. Heavy maple on the aroma. Mmm. Intriguing. Maple bacon and beer. Two of the finest company. Flavor is a total chocolate maple bar. Delicious. Toasty. Rich chocolate. Vanilla. Cocoa. Dessert beer. Loved it

Draft pour at Odd Otter, Tacoma. This seems to be the one light beer option they have, and it also seems to be their flagship, since.they have been pouring it constantly since I arrived. Cloudy golden pour with a quick fading head. Very candy fruit on the aroma from a distance. Like an artificial candy raspberry. Flavor is equal amount of candy going on. Sweet melon, white grape hidden. Mixed berry, but a bit watered down. Cool. Semi refreshing. Odd beer, not intended. Interesting for sure.

Draft pour, tasted at Odd Otter, Tacoma. Sunny golden pour with a thin fizz head and lacing. Melon and citrus heavy hops in the aroma. A good balance of malt, and citrus hops here. Juicy. I don’t see the heavy bitterness here. Are you sure? Interesting IPA. I like it.

Draft pour, tasted at Odd Otter, Tacoma. Clean golden pour with a fast fading head. Moderate hops on the aroma. A bite of hop bitter up front, but changes quick to a melon fruit constant. Tasty. The melon makes me want more of this. A pleasant pale here.

Draft 5 oz pour at Odd Otter, Tacoma. First visit, and all these beers sound fun. Pancake Porter. How could this be bad. Cola brown pour. Soft candy chocolate aroma. Maple syrup in this pancake? Flavor is maple, chocolate malt, sweet, but definitely not too sweet. Great flavor on this. Super tasty stuff.

Sampled at GABF. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head. The aroma is dark fruit, wood, bourbon. Medium body, raisin, wood, caramel, light booze finish, very good.

Keg at the Taproom, 07/11/14. Dark amber with a light beige cap. Nose is dark fruit rinds, sherry tones, red berry linger, boozey whisper. Taste comprises dates, fruit loaf, shades of whisky, toffee fudge. Full bodied, oily feel, warming alcohol in the close. An elegant barley wine, well integrated and balances, the ABV is well masked.
