Aroma has a lot of vanilla, with light cardamom, cinnamon. Dessert...chai ice cream...touch of portery toasty, and just a lot of that chai character.

Amber and a bit hazy. Bitter, quite a bit so with a dash of chewy crystal and piney hops. Nice balancing sweetness. Really well-balanced, pintable example.

Hazy blonde with a thin head. Has a candy watermelon nose. Soft body, sweet taste with ottermelon and some herbal character, and a pleasant sweeter finish.

Dark brown, thin head. Has a smoked jerky sort of aroma, sweet, has a slight roasty taste, touch of light molasses. Pretty soft and balanced, with just a touch of alcohol showing late.

Ages in pinor noir barrels, so this blonde ale is purple. Vinous aroma is a little bit simple. A bit thin, with lots of grapey notes. A little acid but a bit grape soda as well.

Light brown, smells a bit like old rum, all molassesy, and a bit of chicha. Tart, deep bourbon but picking up some cherries in molasses, woody, rodenbachy character. Finishes tart, sweet and with a shot of alcohol. Really unique...polarizing I imagine.
