Description
Gigantic Brewing Company is an independent, crafty brewery located in the Southeast quadrant of the Peoples Republic of Portland. Brewer/Owners Ben Love and Van Havig are veterans of the Oregon brewing community.
At Gigantic we only do two things: make the best damn IPA in Portland, Oregon and produce seasonal, exciting, flavorful beers, most of which will be brewed only once. Our goal is simultaneously to create new interpretations of classic styles and to ignore those same style guidelines completely and brew whatever our creative natures produce.

Cask Days 2018, on tap. Hazy yellow, big, rocky white head. Aroma is loaded with tropical fruit, big melon, and mango notes. Mouth feel is spot on, and the carb is creamy, and soft. Finish is lightly bitter, soft pithiness, stone fruit, and juicy citrus round it out.

Cask days 2016, dry hopped with Citra and simcoe hops. This is pretty much what you?d expect. Big citrus, no malts, hints of pine. Pretty straight forward west coast ipa. Nice, but nothing extraordinary.

On tap at Loyal Legion - PDX, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle dank hops, pine, and biscuity malt to back. Flavour is pretty dank, with piney hops, gentle citrus, light grass, and crisp biscuity malt. Real nice hop expresion, finishing piney, bitter and crisp. Excellent.
