Tap st Preserve in Winters, CA. Pours dark Brn/blk with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate and toasty malt. Med + body. Flavor matches aroma, but it has a nice hop bite. For me it’s finishing towards dry and bitter. Noe stout.

Black with a creamy medium sized tan head, lots of lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, milk chocolate and roast coffee. Flavors of dark malts, chocolate, caramel and coffee

Clear dark mahogany with a small beige head, some lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, citrus and butter. Taste is similar, toasted malts, biscuity and butterscotch

Tap at Preserve in Winters. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate. Med body or better. Flavor is dry earthy chocolate with some dark malt and some noticeable hop. Good brew.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma is fruity citrus with some light caramel and a hint of earth. More than a hint. Finishes dry, fruit, bitter. I think some kind of melon may be in the mix. Good stuff.
