Had this on tap at the Winking Judge in December. Amber- brown. Thin head. A bit of chocolate syrup, a bit of green coffee. Strong coffee taste, clean though, but generic. Clean, nutty brown ale base. Decent, wouldn’t mind some more dark sugars and creaminess.

Draft - Balsamic vinegar and cherry. With some woody notes. Cloudy orange gold with a decent white head. Balsamic vinegar, some woody and cherry notes. Malty sweetness in the finish, but more balsamic than anything. A little tweaking and this would be great, but right now too acidic.

Draft - Light smoke and some manure. Cloudy copper with a rich beige head. Smoked wood, manure and farmhouse flavors and hoppy bitterness. Although odd and a mistake, started as an IPA, works well.
