In contrast to the Fuji, the Granny Smith is very tart. Again, there’s a nice apple character, but the balance isn’t quite right, as this is assertively tart despite a healthy amount of sugar.

Gold colour. Aroma is full of sugars. So’s the palate. This is massively sweet. The apple character is nice, but the sweetness is aggressive.

Beautiful bright amber color. Aroma of stewed fruit, caramel, booze, glue (7-). Very sweet, with nice caramelized apple, high lemony acidity, quite high alcohol perception.
Very nice, but rough, not the same level as the fantastic Fuji.

Pale color, hazy; surprisingly carbonated. Very nice aroma, unique: it reminds me of some Swiss dessert wine, intense, ripe apricots, flower; also lightly funky and woody, hint of smoke; absolutely crazy. Very sweet, almost syrupy; fruity, nice pear flavor, with moderate carbonation and correct acidity.
The flavor is not very complex, but the aroma makes up for that.

The color may be darker than it used to be, very dark amber. Bold acidity and sweetness, dark sugar, some stewed apples; excellent, but compared to the great ones it may need more depth.

Beautiful amber color. Light aroma of stewed apples, caramel, and very light vinegar. Thick body, sweet, with moderate flavor of caramelized fruit, caramelized pineapple, correct balancing acidity.
Absolutely delicious.

Golden color, bright. Aroma of apples, alcohol, light vinegar, Calvados. Very sweet, almost syrupy; it has a mild caramel and stewed apple touch, with a decent acidity.
Not overly complex, but very good though.

Darker shade of blond, bright. The aroma is a bit fruity and a bit acetic. As indicated by the high gravity, it’s very sweet, but it’s also very acidic; candy floss; not much complex though.
Nice sweet and sour drink, simplistic.

Clean, very pale color. Mild apple aroma and flavor, dry, the mouthfeel is also somehow smooth, a bit boozy and glue-ish, some byproducts of the fermentation.
So-and-so, but in line with the not so rich North American cider panorama.

Bottle - Sweet and lightly boozy notes, fleshy Apple and a touch of cooked Apple. Copper and red. Candy Apple, acidic, heat on the throat from the booze. A little rough but decent.
