Black color with compact head. The aroma is a bit roasty, the flavor too, with just a hint of dark chocolate; it has some detected hops too.
Nice.

Black color with creamy brownish head. Some cardboard aroma and flavor, ashy malts, dry mouthfeel, some yeast.
Nothing to get excited about here.

Cloudy blond color with low carbonation, small head. The aroma is a bit spicy, the mouthfeel is very dry, a bit spicy, not interesting. Also worth mentioning that the name is wrong, in French.

Hazy blond color. In the aroma there is some manure. The mouthfeel is weak, dry, with very little flavor.

The color is between the dark amber and the dark brown, with creamy head. The aroma is dry and roasty, light coffee. The mouthfeel as well is dry, dusty, with some roasted malt; correct bitterness.
Not the Brown Ale that I like, a bit too much dusty feeling.

Hazy blond color with compact head. Aroma of coriander and some vegetables, light manure. Off-dry mouthfeel; spicy flavor, some cloves, peppercorns; correct bitterness.
New beer, yet it reminds me of some classic Belgian Saison.

On tap at Populuxe, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out roasted notes and dry chalkiness. Flavour brings out dry roastiness, and a slight tanginess on the finish. Solid dry stout, but the tanginess hints at it being a bit off. Decent.

On tap at Populuxe, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out very herbally farmhouse notes, grassy notes, and hay. Flavour reveals floral hops, Belgian yeast, herbal notes and grass. Very mild and restrained, yet very well-balanced. Drinkable session farmhouse ale.

On tap at Populuxe, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is malt-heavy, with light smokiness and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out light smokiness upfront, with biscuity malts and a sugar-less finish. Quite smoky for a British mild. Not too bad at all.

On tap at Populuxe, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very English with bitter hops and biscuity malt - very authentic smelling. Flavour brings out mushroomy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and light English hops. Pretty authentic and on style. Well-balanced and very easy drinking. Solid stuff.
