Draft - Very light caramel malts. Clear amber with a thin head. Light malty caramel and a light toffee finish. Very light and easy drinking.

Draft - Sweet light malts. Pale gold with a good white head. Sweet pale malts and a slight bite. Sweet and fizzy.

Smalll chocolate nose,deep brown in colour but hardly any body or chocolates. Boring.

This can be very good or very bad, each batch seems different. I have had it 3 times on 3 different trips to the Kitchener/Stratford area. Obviously the other 2 raters had a bad batch. Sparkling amber red. Tight bead. Great malt nose.Sweet,tasty complex malt profile. Good mouthfeel

Heavy caramel notes dominate this beer. Can someone explain this honey brown fixation we have here in Ontario?

Sweeitsh, but not in a Bavarian malty kind of way. Like they used shit Canadian barley. And what's with the English aroma hops?
