Cask at Pigs Ear 2011, London. Pours clear brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Pine and dirt hop aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor, floral, with some toast and mild pine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition, great balance. Crisp bitter kick to finish, more pine, some earth, toasty malts, mild sweetness. This is truly superb. There’s more character and nuance in this beer than some beers of twice or thrice its strength. Great work.

Fra cask på Draft House, Tower Bridge 18 Mai 11. Gylden. OK kremaktig skum. Fruktig aroma. Smaken er aprikos og litt annen frukt. Tilløp til syrlig bitter ettersmak. Bra.

Cask, handpump at The Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell, London, 03.12.11 in company of Tom. Pours mid brown, tasty beer, quite soft, with a nice fulness of flavour, probably suffered a little from being tied alongside the Arbor 500 min DIPA, though it was an interesting and pleasant diversion.Light hoppiness, a little nutty at times, soft almost creamy maltiness. Enjoyable. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
