Perfectly clear and copper coloured body with a very thin off-white head on top. Aroma of grain, caster sugar, light fruit, malt and some subdued fruit. Light to perhaps Medium-bodied; Stale and horribly cardboardie malt flavours dominate at first with a grassy and herbal note, but more of the funky and off-tasting malts than anything else with a lot of the fruit-based or fake caster sugar notes that don't leave quickly. Aftertaste shows the funky and odd fruit-based sweetness and malt notes and a touch of the grassy and citrusey perhaps 'hop' characteristics that shows no bitterness, just some funk and a touch of complexity on the sweetness front. Overall, a pretty bad beer overall with no depth or flavours in the realm of anything close to a Pale Ale or with hops added, but this is funky and yeastie, bready and too simplistic altogether.
