Description
Serving the best beer in port since the turn of the century, we've been a Ludington landmark for over 18 years. We're known for our award-winning beers, but we're capable of much more than brewing. Our full food menu has mouthwatering appetizers, burgers, and entrees for you to pair with a pint or flight. And if beer isn't your thing, don't worry. We have a full bar with plenty of wine and cocktail options to choose from, too. Come join us for a drink after work, gather with friends over lunch on our patio, or even hire us for catering. Whatever the case, you'll be helping us help Michigan's economy -- one beer at a time.

Draft at Jamesport, Ludington. Deep, nearly opaque red-brown body, medium tight tan head. Dry, roasty nose with coffee and hints of dark chocolate. The body follows the nose, with emphasis on roasted coffee beans, light woodiness, and very little sweetness. Tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Opaque medium brown body, medium cream head. Light chocolatey, roasty aroma (but served too cold). Light sweet body, lactic, with notes of milk chocolate, coffee, and dry roast. Light peaty notes add a salty, leathery characteristic to the beer. Good complexity, but slightly astringent and a bit rough on the palate.
