7/5/7/4/15 Tap at the Weisser Schwan. Brilliant golden color, lightly hazy, effervescent but calmly so. 3 cm foamy head. Just beautiful. Lemony, bready nose. Super clean. Bready, malty flavor, sweet and somewhat simple, wth peppery, spicy hops, lemon, orange. Soft, light carbonation. Very solid beer though not so distinctive after the Posterer. Reminds me of an unfiltered Helles from the Munich area. Clean, soft. Nice. Note: seems to have changed recently looking at older ratings.

Two pints at Zum Posterer. Hazy orange amber. The first came with just a bit of lace and almost still, the second was softly effervescent with a 3 cm airy head. I guess they changed the keg. Second one was slightly better. Fruity nose with caramel / toffee, bread, apple, and light melon. Spicy caramel apple flavor, bread, cinnamon and pepper. Soft, oily body, almost flat the first time, more prickly the second. There was less apple in the second pint, which was a bit better, although it seemed to be there on purpose and was not acetaldehyde. Spicy, peppery, bitter finish. A very unique, spicy zoigl with more caramel / toffee than expected, and seemed to have endured a super long boil.
