Larger can brought home to in-laws for some Netflix. Murky brown pour and minimal head. Nose is toffee and wood. Tastes of vanilla, rum, raisin, caramel, cardboard, fruit leather. Alcohol on finish. Interesting.

Bought 4 pack from brewery help replace my father in-laws yuenglings I drank. Clear dark amber beer and decent head. Nose is leaf littler and caramel. Tatses of leaf litter, tea, caramel, butter cookie, bitter pepper. Crisp. Light bodied.

Draft at brewery post hike. Cloudy orange yellow and sudsy white top with legs for days. Nose is wheaty and peppery. Tastes much the same only faintest hint of orange peel and banana. Medium bodied.

473ml can. Poured a very slightly hazy golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is toffee malt and yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, malt, dry yeasty, herbal, bready, light toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with over moderate carbonation.

440ml can. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light funky, herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, malt, light toffee, herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Really doesn’t have a whole lot going for it.

The smell is bread, some caramel malt, hints of fruit and hops.
The taste is bread, grain, caramel malt, weird bitterness that does not strike me well.
