12 oz can from Total Wine, San Antonio, TX. Pours a crystal clear dark amber color with a khaki head and very good retention. Good lacing. Caramel and brown sugar aroma. Dominant sweet caramel malt flavor and not much else. I don't taste any citrus. Super clean and smooth. More of an amber ale than an Irish ale, but much smoother than any amber ale. Low carbonation. Medium body. No bitterness. Really good beer.

Bottle. A- Whisky, dry brownie mix, vanilla, mild oak funk. A- Black color, black liquid, beige head. T- Whisky, tangy oak, vanilla, brownie batter, mild coffee. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly hot finish. O- This was a bucket list beer I found in San Antonio about 3 years ago and decided it was time to pop open to celebrate a hopefully good 2021. Even after 3+ years of age this was still pretty boozed up. I think fresh it would be quite hot.

1 liter draft at Krause's Biergarten + Café, New Braunfels, TX. Beautiful clear bronze color with a small off white head and excellent retention. Good lacing. Smooth, clean, malty, and lightly sweet. Super easy to drink. Maybe it's the location and the weather, but this is a great Oktoberfest beer!

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Denton, TX. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white fizzy head and poor retention. No lacing. Strong citrus aroma. Tastes like a watered down orange & grapefruit soda. No beer flavor here. Crisp and thin mouthfeel. A tasty and refreshing summer quencher, as long as you don't really want beer.

Tall boy can purchased in Austin, TX. Pours a clean light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, average retention and some light foamy lacing. Mild hops is what I smell the most, over the milder cereal character. Refreshing mouthfeel, with some decent crispness and body is not completely thin. Kind of citrus and floral aromas. The taste is very, very mild though. Missing that cereal grain that Kölsch shine so much on. Seems like wheat is used here giving hints of bananas. My GF will enjoy the rest of this one.
