Tap at Gofukucho. Clear, deep reddish brown with a thick, low head. Rich malt nose, caramel, chocolate, fudge. Sweet, rich, and spicy. Caramel and fudge flavors, with a dry, bitter finish. Great balance. Fullish body. Spicy, estery yeast. Quite satisfying.

Tap at Gofukucho Taproom. Orange-amber to brown. Airy head. Malty, butty nose, caramel and a bit of fruit. Thin and light, malty flavor, quite bitter. A decent bitter.

Bottle, small bubbly head, cloudy quite dark orange colour, malty slightly caramely aroma with a bready hint, sweet fruity malty flavor, light noticable orange bitterness. Nice, a tad too sweet.
