Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy mahogany colour with a thinnish soapy looking off white head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, berries, caramel and toasty brown bread. Taste has more of the dark fruits, more caramel and toasty brown bread, some jam and also some nutty notes coming through on the finish. Medium to full body and light spritzy mouthfeel. Nice drink.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Clear deep golden to brown colour, high level of carbonation, large white head. Aroma of malts, brown kandij sugar syrup, Belgian ale yeast, mild spices, herbal hops. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements, also hints of dark dried fruits.

On tap at TNT Pub, Trieste. Shared with Ogi. Clear deep amber, small off-white head. Aroma is intense caramel, dried fruit, red fruit, syrup, some toasty notes. Sweet and sticky, strong. Smooth. Dried fruit, brown sugar and toast flavour. Minimal hop bitterness. Warming finish, a bit too sweet and somewhat lacks deeper complexity.

Servida en tulipa, color ámbar oscuro, turbia, corona de espuma blanco hueso bastante bien retenida. En nariz emite notas de malta oscura, caramelo, levadura, ciruela seca, uvas, especias... En boca es afrutada, con marcados matices de malta y caramelo, dulzor medio, final ligeramente amargo, buenas notas de lúpulo bien especiadas. Una cerveza agradable, fácil de beber y disfrutar, rica.

Cette triple, inconstante, ne permet pas de la rendre au niveau des standards. Le visuel est sur une robe blonde parfaitement limpide avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche de 3 mm. Le nez est sur les céréales, le citron, l'orange et le miel. En bouche le miel ressort plus. Toutefois, l'attaque, très légèrement acidulée est simple et manque à la fois de consistance mais également de complexité. La deuxième bouche a un peu plus de caractère, avec un alcool à 8 % qui donne du tempérament et de légères épices (girofle). L'arrière bouche est quant à elle un brin trop acide et le final, peu intéressante fait quasiment penser à une pils. Si la corpulence est moyenne, la longueur est honnête. Très moyen.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, SandervL en Kim tijdens een lunch in Durbuy. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een wit schuim wat snel weg ebt. Het heeft een aroma van mout en hop. De smaak is moutig en zacht zoet.

Klare dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Toffee und Zucker. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.
