Flavour is bright and refreshing, with bright apricots, tart citrus and just enough lacto to hold it together. Refreshing, pleasant puckering, and well-rounded. Excellent fruited Berliner.

On tap at Tombstone PHX, pours a cloudy muddy red with a small off-white head. Nose is full of lacto, with tart raspberries, lacto and fuzzy berries skins. Flavour is bright and tart, with tart raspberries, berry skins, and lacto. Nice incorporation of the berries with the lacto. Very good.

On tap at Tombstone PHX, pours an opaque peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out light strawberry notes, lots of floral notes, shortbread cookies and light lactose. Flavour is full of lacto, surprisingly, with tart, faded strawberries, and yogurty lacto. Not what I was expecting here with the smoothie sour label; it's rather faded and yogurty. Okay.

Pint can pours with a clear golden colored body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting load of citrus nuanced garlic dankness flowing into faint pine and a faint sense of booze toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers chewy grapefruit and tangelo nuanced garlic and onion danky depths. Yes. To midway a thin hit of pine and tangelo try to make inroads into the flavor experience but come up far short. The danky goodness runs this experience from front to back. Love it.

16 oz. can. Aroma is citrus along with green leaf hops / herbs. Flavor has the citrus, stone fruit and green herbal hints throughout. A huge malt backbone that does turn sweet. It is ok.
