Re-rate...Bottle from Cellar Blackrock sometime in 0714
Didn’t seem as quite as good to me this time now I had the chance to have more of it. Does have an excellent aroma and nice crisp apple, but found it rather over dry. 8/4/7/3/14 3.6

Bottle @ EBBC14, Dublin [270614] 8/4/7/4/15 3.8
Light pale yellow, clear, thin white head
Aroma of sweet juicy fresh apple pulp, no tartness, really nice apples
Taste of soft sweet juicy fresh apple, bit tart, dab of juicy lemon
Palate - soft carb, light body, bit stocky. Finish is crisp, with that dab of soft lemon
Overall - Very nice...some great ciders coming out of Ireland

2012er Vintage. The Cider starts dry and intense. Smooth and easy to drink. the mainpart is cider-typical tart, very fruity and great. The balance between dryness and fruitiness is ideal. On the tongue remains a nice and tart cider-apply aroma with hints of tart bitterness. Not too dry.
Very nice and typical cider! --> 13/13/13/13

500ml bottle from Selfridges, Trafford Centre. My only purchase from a monolithic shopping centre.. go figure. Pours a murky dark brown just like freshly pressed apple juice, aroma is sweet, sugary apple pie pastry which doesn’t follow as much as I expected in the taste which is still fruity but with a musky haze and a cheek-puckering dryness. The missus didn’t approve but I think this is great.
