Bottle. Clear golden. Apples, sweet and sourish, citric touch, apple peel. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle, medium fizzy head, light hazy darkish oxidised orange colour, aroma of leather with a bit of apple, baked apple flavor with some leather and sulphur, light sweetness and a bit of sourness. Quite good.

Bottle at Cap Tap. Pours rather cloudy with some bubbles. Aroma of tart apple skins. Med body. Flavor is earthy apple-skin, nicely tart; quite dry. Reminds of decent farmhouse ciders.

375ml bottle from Sterk, Amsterdam. Vintage 2012. Yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and caramelly apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, fruity, tangy apple. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, semi-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Baggot Street Wines. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and vegetal, apple aroma. Taste is tangy apple, fruity with a vegetal funky note and drying tannins. Medium bodied, lightly spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. OK...
Very nice. Tart/crisp apples; herbal/floral/spice/funky yeast/earthy/light honey. Semidry/spicy/crisp carb finish. Light acidity. Refreshing
