Draft - Funky, Apple vinegar. Clear gold with big bubbles. Tons of funky animal notes and a light apple finish. Funky, weird and awesome. Nice acidity.

Bottle purchased at Johnny in Rome-Italy. Consumed in Serbia at the Christmas Eve. Pours hazy orangey color, gassy white head lowering in a blink. Nose: Apple pulp, a bit winey, wine must, cellar. Mouth: frizzy start, sparkling vinous notes, a bit sour apple orientation. Nice execution on the sour side. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle (shared by fatphil, thanks). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet and sour, apples. Flavor is sour, somewhat sweet, apples. Finish is dry with lingering sweetness and sourness. Body is somewhat watery. Overall: OK.

Draft pour at the Schilling cider house. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin bubble head. Fresh apple aroma. Flavor has a little smokiness to it, with a fresh apple finish. Cool to try a different Irish cider. Pretty good.

Re-rate...Bottle from Cellar Blackrock sometime in 0714
Didn’t seem as quite as good to me this time now I had the chance to have more of it. Does have an excellent aroma and nice crisp apple, but found it rather over dry. 8/4/7/3/14 3.6

Bottle @ EBBC14, Dublin [270614] 8/4/7/4/15 3.8
Light pale yellow, clear, thin white head
Aroma of sweet juicy fresh apple pulp, no tartness, really nice apples
Taste of soft sweet juicy fresh apple, bit tart, dab of juicy lemon
Palate - soft carb, light body, bit stocky. Finish is crisp, with that dab of soft lemon
Overall - Very nice...some great ciders coming out of Ireland
