Description
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

Süßlicher, hell herb malziger Beginn. Wenig fruchtig, zuckrig alkoholische Beinoten. Die Würzigkeit steigt etwas, rund hopfig. Langer, deutlich hopfiger Nachgeschmack mit angenehmer ausgleichender Bitterkeit. 11/12/11/11//11

Medium white head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Fruity rhubarb aroma with wheaty notes. Dry-acidic rhubarb and wheat taste with fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish-acidic mealy rhubarb aftertaste with fruity notes. Nice, drinkable, but a bit boring. (0.75l bottle shared by gr0ve.)

Unusual 0,33 l bottle, labeled as Berliner Art Double IPA. Pours out in a murky dark amber. Small head. Grapefruit, malt and resin on the nose. Taste starts fruity, little bit malt and sweetness but an all overlasting hop bitterness. No real taste in the aftertaste, except the bitterness. Maybe low honey in the background.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of yellow berries and stone fruit, grapes, a sweet-ish, powder sugary-bretty-bubblegum basis, vinegar tartness allusions. Taste is moderately tart, dry, fruity, lemon juice, grapes, a vinous touch (Riesling); prickling carbonation. Really nice.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, collapsing, white head. Fruity aroma has apple notes, unfiltered apple juice, some fruit acid, cautious hints of lemon and orange. Taste is tart, sherbety, more lemon juice-like than lactic, though not completely without lactic touch; tangy palate, lively carbonation. Slightly too sourish for its very light body.

Big thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts quite sourish, dry, more and more fruity like lemon. Dry-bitter finish, less fruity. Light salty hints. Nice one!
