Bottle. Not one of my favorite styles. Light gold in color with a small quickly disappearing head. Aroma is like funky fruit juice. Taste is a funky, sour apple taste.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee grounds, chocolate, tart dark fruits, a bit vinous. Flavour is tart and moderate to medium sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. It would help to know if this was intended to be sour. As it stands, I kind of liked it.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. As "Berliner Framboise" at 5.2%. Aroma is fruity with lots of tart raspberries, wheat, lactic, fruit yoghurt, bit sweaty, notes of citrus and lemon. Flavour is tart and above medium sour with a slight touch of sweetness. Body is medium. Quite likeable, a good raspberry Berliner.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Very black brew from Berlin, have something rough over it. Taste of coffee, roasted malts and hints of earthy potato or something like that.

Our last memory of nice Tenerife trip through Berlin. Bottle 0.75l, from the brewery, six years aged. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice aged character, vinous, white grapes, sour, apricot, sea buckthorn, leafy. FLAVOR- very sour, neutral, slightly bitter, white grapes, apricot, gooseberry, rhubarb, sea buckthorn, herbal. Medium bodied. Perfectly aged, great.

Bottle 0.75l from BrewBaker in 2017. Clear, pale amber colored. AROMA- decent, vinous, sourish, raisins, plums, slight touch of farmyard. FLAVOR- dry, quite sour, somewhat empty, vinous, sharp, vinegar, sour apple juice, very sour grapes, apricot. Medium bodied. Nice one.
