Description
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear pale golden color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is pretty weird...Very hard to describe...I don’t like it. Reminds me of dishwasher water. Taste is a bit watery, lightly a fruity touch with something I can’t put my finger on. I just don’t know what to think about this. Meh.

Bottle from bier-deluxe.de.
Pale yellow, hazy body, with a medium, frothy, white head, that dissipates pretty quickly.
Fresh, tart aroma of green apple, citrus, lemongrass, grapes, some milk sourness.
Taste is light, but far from boring, with about the same aromas and some more spices and wheat notes.
Light mouthfeel, with a medium carbonation and it finishes sour fruity and tart.
Nice one. Refreshing, with nice sour fruits and a satisfying tartness. Quite light of course, but really enjoyable for this low ABV!

Tall 0,33 l bottle. Stored nearly 5 weeks - and gushing out of the bottle! Murky pale golden and, after the first foam attack ends, nearly no head. Medium herb sourish with malt on the nose. Starts with only high carbonation followed by a sweet sourness and weat. Way too high carbonated in my opinion, covers the real taste of a Berliner Weisse.

Fruity, malty taste with notes of raspberries, citrus, grapefruit and bready malt. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, with a light and fresh tartness. Quite nice.
