hazy orange yellow color with medium white head. oranges, lemon, melon in aroma with brett. Tart taste with oranges, apricots, lemon, bit malty in background. Went nicely with Strawbery cake.

Vom Faß bei Brewbaker in der Arminius-Markthalle in Moabit (als Bellevue-Pils, 5 %). - Schönes Goldgelb; dichter, weißer Schaum. - Duftet ungewöhnlich fruchtig-süßlich, sogar Ananas meinte ich zu riechen. - Im Antrunk süßlicher, blumiger Hopfen im Streit mit herberen Noten. Sieger bleibt eine etwas künstliche Malzsüße mit einem Anflug von Mottenpulver. Mild rezent, etwas leer. Mäßig herber Abgang mit krautigem Aromengemisch und einer eigenartigen, kühlen Mentholnote. Längerer, gut bitterer Nachtrunk. - Ziemlich unstimmige Komposition aus schönen und weniger schönen Aromen, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was Michael Schwab sich wohl dabei gedacht hat? Vielleicht hat der erneute Umzug der Brauerei (das Bier wird jetzt in der Sickingenstraße in Berlin-Moabit gebraut) die Produktion etwas durcheinandergebracht?

33cl bottle. BB ?/2015. Hazy golden, thin white head. Tart, funky aroma, apples and some citrusy notes. Refreshing. Flavor has tartness, citrusy notes, apple notes. Mild funky, maybe some slight harshness in finish. Super refreshing.
