Draught@brewpub. Slightly hazy amber color, steady creamy beige head. Light dish water and spicey aroma. Sweet malty flavor with ginger spiceyness. Semi-light, sweet brew. Ginger is fortunately not dominating.

Draught@brewpub. Amber-red color, medium-sized creamy beige head. Strong red currant aroma. Earthy, a bit berryish (red currant) flavor then in the finish strong chilli spiceyness. Interesting, although not anything I would like to drink on daily basis.

Draught@brewpub. I suppose that this is a " Bellevue pils" which I had. Pale yellow color, slightly hazy, good creamy white head. Sparkling wine: apple, lime aroma. Crisp, citrus sorbette flavor, a bit fruity, aftertaste has some citrus and pine bitterness. Solid thirstquincher.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-08) Dark golden and cloudy. Medium sized white head. Grilled sausage in aroma. Medium bodied palate, bit dry and medium carbonation. Grilled sausage, malts, bit of sweetness and hint of grass in taste. Bitterness and grilled sausage in aftertaste.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-08) Reddish brown and cloudy. Medium sized tan coloured head. Sweet malty aroma. Full bodied and warming palate with medium carbonation. Malts, sweetness, some saltiness, bitterness, caramell, alcohol and molasses in taste. Malts, sweetness and bitterness in aftertaste. Alchohol is quite well hidden.

Frisch hopfiger und angenehmer Antrukn. Sehr frisch bleibend, deutlich hopfig, leicht grasig, absolut angenehm. Aromahopfig bleibend, leicht herb, im Abgang etwas bitterer, knackig. Super ehrliches Pils! Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,12,12,11,-,12 - 11,84

Sehr grober Schaum. Milder, etwas hopfiger Antrunk. Nun setzt die moderate Schärfe ein, wird kräftiger und steigert sich bis zm maximalen "Angenehm-Level". Scharf malziger Abgang. Es gefällt hier, dass nichtnur pure Schärfe zu schmecken ist. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 8,10,8,9,-,9 - 8,89

Malziger aber milder Antrunk, zurückhaltend. Auch im Mittelteil eher zurückhaltend, im Abgang sogar wässrig. Der Hopfen hilft dies etwas zu kompensieren. Eher dürftig. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: -,9,9,8,-,9 - 8,82

(6/18/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Berlin. On the tap it said "Rote Weisse" but the waiter called it "Grapefruit Weisse". Cloudy orange. A quite strange aroma with grapefruit and candies and some wheat hints. Sweet flavor with candi-sugar and some grapefruit, finishes with a bit of hops and grapefruit and light wheaty tartness. Medium-bodied. Not bad.

(6/18/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Berlin. Clear golden with very light haze and a white head. Aroma is malty with hints of hops and a bit of yeast. Sweetish flavor at first followed by a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. OK
