Description
The history of BrewBaker began back in 2005 - with a small, fine restaurant with its own brewery at Bellevue S-Bahn station. After a few intermediate stops, we set up shop with BGM Berliner Getränkeemanufaktur GmbH in Sickingenstrasse in Moabit from 2013 to May 2019. BGM and Brewbaker have been going separate ways since June 2019. With immediate effect, living beers UG will take over the marketing of Brewbaker. A new production facility is being planned.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours almost clear, golden red to orange with a lacing white head. Sweet fruity and caramel malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour, light spiced and towards liqourice in base flavour. Finish is light spiced and lingering fruity.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is citric fruity and light hoppy. Light brewing cereal flavour with a mild bitterness and medium sweet. Dry and bitter finish.

(Draught at the brewpub) On June 5, 2008Shady golden color, white head. Sweet cherry and cherry pips scent with almond paste. Sweet, malty, bready taste. A bit thin, almost flat, mouthfeel. Loe bitterness.

(Draught at the brewpub) On June 5, 2008Cloudy orange color, small white head. Sweet and grapefruit scent. Sweet and slight acidic grapefruit taste, some herbal hops in the back. Thin a bit flat mouthfeel, grape and apricot aftertaste. Low bitterness.

(Draught at the brewpub) On June 5, 2008Slight shady straw color, white head. Fresh, spicy, hoppy scent. Yeasty, spicy, hoppy fresh taste. Very nice! Moussy mouthfeel, sweet and herbal aftertaste. Very nice pils, I like a lot!

(Draught at the brewpub on 2008-02-06) Light, a bit hazy. Big lasting head. Fruity nose. Dry palate. Balanced a bit fruity hoppiness in taste. Some malts to give body.
