Draft @ Brewbaker August 9th, 2011. Dorée, col épais blanc. Arôme est fruité avec un bouquet houblon sympa et fleuri. Notes de grains. En bouche, belle amertume de houblon avec une note rappelant le thé vert, feuilles séchées, le tout avec une petite note épicée. Houblon donne des notes agrumes, avec un houblon allemand-tchèque que je trouve en meilleur symbiose pour ce style que ce que de plus gros brasseurs arrivent a offrir.

Bottled at Nya Tröls, Malmö. Black, small beige head. Coffee aroma. Light bodied wit hclean mouthfeel. Roasty with some licorice, but also hard metallic edges. Long resiny finish. Harsh.

Draught @ The Bishops Arms (Gustav Adolfs Torg), Gustav Adolfs Torg 49, 211 39, Malmo, Sweden.Clear dark black color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee - dark roasted, caramel, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, cold coffee, roasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily and creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110212]

Amber/dark brown. Caramel aroma is fairly rich with dark berries. Fruity, with butter on the palate lending slickness. Some dark fruit accents late. Promising, but not quite there.

Dark brown with a thick head. Nice roasty, oaty aroma with nice chocolate. Smooth, chocolatey, silky oat body. Nice roasty coffee flavours. Pretty damn nice oatmeal stout, very sessionable...you’ve got think there aren’t many better stouts in central Europe.

Cloudy straw colour. Yeast, slightly fruity, slightly yoghurty aroma. Soft and yeasty, only light hop and not much bitterness.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy and citrusy hoppy. Light toasted malt. Bitter, grassy and citrusy hops flavoured. Crisp hoppy and light toasted malt base. Vague fruity sweetness. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.

From tap at the brewpub at the closing night. Pours hazy dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and dark caramel. Breadish flavoured. Dark malty and toffee caramel. Bitter and dark roasted malty. Mild acidic hard roasted malt touch. Ends bitter and dark malty.

Tap @ Brewbaker. Dark ruby red colour, medium dense off-white head. Aroma is slightly smoked, little bit of bacon. Flavour is light malted and grainy. Little smokiness and caramel. Subtle rauchbier
